• Preparation: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask and either paper eye protection or Silicone Pads as instructed.
• Mix the colour in a 1:1 ratio with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% or RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% into a creamy paste. (0.5 g colour with 0.5 g RefectoCil Oxidant) Apply to eyebrows and lashes.
• Leave on for 5–10 minutes.
• Remove using clear water and cotton pads.
• If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used beforehand, the application time shortens to 1–5 minutes, or 2 minutes in case of a lash lift.

Deep Blue is a clear, cold blue shade. The colour is particularly suitable for blonde eyelashes, as the result looks very natural. Combine with deep black and blue black to create more depth of colour. If you mix deep blue and red together, you get violet.
Clean the eye area thoroughly.
Mix the colour in a 1:1 ratio with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% or RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3%. (0.5 g colour with 0.5 g RefectoCil Oxidant)
Apply the colour evenly with a brush in the direction of hair growth.
Exposure time: 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
After the exposure time, remove the excess colour with a damp cotton pad.
Finally, apply RefectoCil Styling Gel for a long-lasting and well-groomed result.
Clean the eye area thoroughly.
Use RefectoCil Eye Care Pads or another RefectoCil skin protection product to protect the eyelid from staining.
Mix the colour in a 1:1 ratio with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% or RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3%. (0.5 g colour with 0.5 g RefectoCil Oxidant)
Apply the colour evenly with a brush in the direction of hair growth, from base to tip.
Exposure time: 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
After the exposure time, remove the excess colour with a damp cotton pad.
Remove the Eye Care Pads.
Clean the eyelashes thoroughly again with an eye wash.
Finally, apply RefectoCil Styling Gel for a long-lasting and well-groomed result.

Eyelashes and hair shall not be coloured if the consumer: - has a rash on the face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, - has experienced any reaction after colouring hair or eyelashes, - has experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past.
Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them.

Allergy Alert Test must be done 48 hours before each use of the product, even if a hair colouring product has been used before.
Items you need to prepare the mixture: Cotton bud, small plate (do not use metal objects).
Prepare the mixture: With a cotton bud, mix RefectoCil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% (1:1) or RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% (1:1) on a small plate. Do not use metal objects.
With the cotton bud, apply a pea size of the mixture evenly with a thin layer on an area of 2 by 2 cm on the inner side of the forearm.
Leave the mixture applied for 45 minutes without covering or touching it; avoid contact with clothes; after 45 minutes wash the test area with water and pat dry with a clean tissue.
If you or your client observes any changes to the normal skin appearance, such as itching, redness, swelling on and around the test area during the testing time, or during the following 48 hours, you/your client should rinse off the test area immediately, should do not use the product and should consult a doctor. This test represents an important precaution measure which has proved to be reliable when carried out under the conditions outlined. However, be aware that even if an Allergy Alert Test has been carried out, you may still experience an allergic reaction when you colour your hair. The Allergy Alert Test does not provide a guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur in the future. In case of any concerns or questions please consult a doctor.
