TRADE BUYER STATUS
NSI Hair Nail and Beauty is a Trade Only Company. By ordering products from us you are confirming that you are a qualified Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician, and as such are competent in using the products sold on this website. We will not be held responsible for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified users of our products. We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status, where purchases of chemicals are concerned, and to refuse to fulfill an order if we believe the person ordering is not a trade customer. NSI reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the site. To shop in our store you will need to open an account, so to do so please bring Id and copies of your qualifications with you. Once we receive this your account will be opened immediately.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem so long as they are returned within 7 days of delivery* with a Valid reason for return, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. We may offer an exchange or a credit note. you can return by posting the item back to NSI Hair Nail & Beauty at the address below. Refunds cannot be processed in store for online orders. Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return. . If you choose to return the item to NSI Hair Nail and Beauty please allow up to 14 days for administration, a 10% re-stock charge will be applied. . Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of clippers, scissors, tunics (uniforms), beauty implements, or razors if they have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If an item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service dept on 018409124 immediately. Faulty items will be replaced provided the goods are in their original condition and have not been tampered with. (Example if an items outer casing has been opened or a plug has been cut from its cable, then your warranty will become void). If we are unable to replace an item you will be offered a credit note to the value. Please mark FAO Website Department and be sure to put your name contact details and problem with item in with your parcel. It will take up to 3 days on return of the product to resolve, as contact must be must with suppliers.
Delivery in Ireland (North & South) €5.00 per parcel up to 20kg, please allow 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed to allow for order processing and packing. Orders Placed after 1pm may not be processed until following day.
Delivery in UK: €20 +vat per parcel up to 20kg, please allow 3-7 working days from the time the order is placed to allow for order processing and packing.
If we are not able to fulfill your full order within 3 working days, we will inform you and in most cases we will give you the option of sending out what we have, and the rest later. You will not be charged extra postage for this. Allowances should be made for orders placed at the weekend and at times of National/Bank Holidays.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address including eircode, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order and also for your credit card details. This information is held securely and NSI Hair Nail & Beauty complies with the applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation. We treat all your personal information as fully confidential. To complete an order you will be asked to register with us. This is where your details are collected and maintained. We also ask you about your business type and for your agreement to occasionally notify you about offers and events at NSI. If you would rather not receive this information then please click on the box to remove permission. Registering with us makes it easier and quicker for you to order from us on your next visit. We do not pass your information onto other companies. Payment is made through Paypal and Credit Card information is not stored.
NSI COURSE CANCELATION POLICY
- Any Course over €100 a deposit of €100 has to be paid before course is booked. This deposit is non refundable. It can be transfer to another course or used in store as long as 7 days notice of cancelation is given
- Any course under €100 must be PAID IN FULL before booking
- Balance of course payment is required 1 week in advance of course and confirmation of attendance
- Cancelations are required 7 days in advance. If there is a cancelation in less than 7 days there is a cancelation fee of €100 for courses over €100 and a cancelation fee of €50 for courses under €100.
- Courses cannot be refunded if cancelations are less than 7 days notice.
- Courses cannot be rebooked until cancelation fee is paid
- Cancelations 7 days in advance can be rescheduled ONCE if cancelled again then the free course is lost
- Cancelations with less than 7 days of a free course is LOST
Please understand these policies are in place to ensure student attendance. Each student receives a confirmation email explaining this at the booking stage and a confirmation call to confirm your attendance.
We are unable to fill that student place without 7 days notice so the company incurs a loss.
