Hey there! I'm June Gilbert and nails have always been my passion. I've been doing this for 29 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else, I enjoy working with new products and learning different techniques. As an educator, I get to share my experience and help other nail techs flourish. Being a part of their creative journey and watching them smash their goals is beyond satisfying. It’s great to inspire, motivate and support each other!

Hey! My name is Sophie Hudd, I’ve been in the nail industry for 10 years and love nothing more than all things nails! I am based at my salon Rainbow Nails in Plymouth and cover Devon & Cornwall for Magpie Education. I have been an Educator for Magpie for the last 6 years and also work full time as a nail tech. I love to teach others and pass on my knowledge and experience to both new and existing nail techs that want to learn and improve their skills. I have a huge passion for nail art and always try to keep up with the latest trends using the newest Magpie products. My favourite classes to teach are Nail Art, E-File and Builder gel. I offer education in class and online.

Hello, my name is Ruth Munro AKA Little Blank Spaces and I’m based in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland - Inverness. I host weekly live online and in classroom training sessions from my private studio in Culloden (IV2 7WB). I can’t believe I’ve been teaching with Magpie for almost seven years now - times flies when you are having fun!

I pride myself on offering a friendly, professional and extremely supportive environment for all of my students before, during and after training. I offer a wide range of live online and in salon training, from nail art and various nail systems (gel, acrygel, builder gel and e-file) to pre recorded business management, social media and marketing classes too.

I love seeing my students gain confidence, progress with their skills and thrive in every aspect of their nail career. I also enjoy keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and products by taking regular training myself as well as getting creative with my clients.

I’ve been very honoured to win awards for ‘Best Nail Art’ and ‘Best Nail Educator’ as well as come runner up for ‘Best use of Social Media’, ‘Best Business Mentor’ and ‘Services to the Industry’ in various prestigious nail awards throughout my career.

Hi Magpies, I’m Nicolette and I have had a love for nails since I was 12 years old. I started my career over 15 years ago in the nail industry and have loved every minute of it. Doing nails is like expressing yourself on tiny little canvases and teaching this to other nail technicians is something I love seeing. Being an educator is a special thing for me to see so many people grow in the industry and become their own bosses in their own career path.

Hey Magpie’s, I’m Anona and I’ve been in the Nail industry since 2013 when my love for Nail Art began my career! I have always loved trying and testing new techniques or products and looks. I learn by doing so find that anything I teach my students is something that I have done or do myself. I’ve been part of the Magpie brand since 2015 and I haven’t looked back! Becoming an Educator in 2019 was the final step in my career and I love it. Being able to teach people at the beginning of their careers or helping someone further their knowledge is always so rewarding. My favourite course to teach is Mani-Gel.

Hey my name is Lynsey and I am the educator for Central Scotland.
Alongside being an educator I am also full time with clients and my business is called Sparkle nails by Lynsey.
I absolutely adore teaching, I am very passionate about helping fellow nail techs learn a new skill or gain confidence and grow as a nail tech. I feel very lucky working for such a great brand

I absolutely love being a Nail Technician and an Educator for Magpie Beauty. I run a small home based salon where I aim for my clients and students to feel welcome and relaxed. I truly believe the education we provide at Magpie Beauty is the best out there, from the detailed manuals and content of the class, to the ongoing support. The best part of my role is that I get to be part of a students journey from the very beginning and watch as they become a confident nail tech.

When I’m not with clients or teaching I’m usually with my family; my two young children, amazingly patient husband and my crazy puppy. Juggling salon life and family life can be busy but I can’t think of anything else I’d love to do as I get the freedom and flexibility to make it all work.

Hello, my name is Nicola and I am the educator for the Western Isles of Scotland.

I am a full time nail technician and educator and absolutely love my career. I enjoy creating new designs, and the variety that my job brings thanks to the versatility of Magpie Products!

As an educator, I really love getting to know my students, and helping them on their journey through their own career. It’s my biggest passion, and I am always so happy to see students succeed!
