How to use
- Hold the file at a slight angle and use light, even strokes.
- Shape the free edge and sidewalls, working from the side to the centre.
- Finish with a buffer for a smooth surface.
Grit guide
- 100 grit: for shortening, shaping and taking down bulk on acrylic and gel enhancements
- 180 grit: for refining enhancements and gently shaping natural nails
- 240 grit: for natural nails, smoothing edges and prepping the nail plate before gel polish or BIAB

Can I use it on natural nails?
Use 180 grit or finer on natural nails. Coarser grits like 100 and 150 are for enhancements only.
